BEFORE USE AND KEEPING CARE OF THE ICEMAN BATH Please wash the Iceman Bath with warm water before first use. An adequate drainage system has to be provided. Please keep the drainage system intact and free from debris and ensure all parts are secured. Please ensure the Iceman Bath does not come into contact with any sharp objects and lay on a flat surface free from sharp edges or anything that may pierce the bath lining. Do not store water in the Iceman Bath for a long time. This will lead to deformation and reduce lifespan. Empty the bath after each use. FILLING INSTRUCTIONS Depending on individual needs, the maximum water level should not exceed two thirds. Add Ice as required. FOR YOUR SAFETY CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE USE AND FOR RECOMMENDATIONS. USE WITH CAUTION. ALWAYS examine the equipment before use. ALWAYS enter and exit the bath slowly and cautiously. Wet surfaces are slippery. Immediately leave the bath if the user feels uncomfortable or tired. NEVER add chemicals to the bath. Risk of Accidental Drowning. Extreme caution must be exercised to prevent unauthorised access by children. To avoid accidents, ensure children do use this bath unless they are supervised at all times. ALWAYS take caution when entering and exiting the bath tub and keep all components of the bath away from children and animals. Do not take ice baths that are colder than 55 °F (13 °C). Hypothermia or muscle damage could result. Always take caution and never put yourself at harm. Do not stay in an ice bath longer than 20 minutes, as this can damage your muscles.
